MEET ALLEN WEBB II
Allen Webb II is a husband, father, Denver native, and third generation Denverite who is deeply committed to the city and community that helped shape him.
Allen and his wife are raising their son and daughter in Northeast Denver, where both of their children attend Northfield High School. Like families throughout District 11, they care deeply about strong schools, safe neighborhoods, economic opportunity, and creating a bright future for the next generation.
PICKING UP THE TORCH
Allen grew up in a family where public service and community involvement were part of everyday life. As the grandson of former Denver Mayor Wellington E. Webb and former Colorado First Lady Wilma J. Webb, he saw firsthand the difference people can make when they commit themselves to their community.
But Allen’s decision to serve is rooted in his own experiences. As a husband and father, he believes it is time for his generation to step forward, get involved, and help shape the future of their community.
For Allen, picking up the torch means building on the generations that came before him while bringing his own experiences, ideas, and commitment to service.
INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION
Professionally, Allen serves as a Lead Program Specialist with Denver Public Schools, where he helps connect young people with workforce opportunities, career pathways, and support that prepare them for success after graduation. His work is centered on helping students build the skills, confidence, and experience they need for college, careers, and life.
Allen also serves as a quarterbacks coach at Northfield High School, mentoring student athletes and helping them develop leadership, discipline, accountability, and teamwork.
Having played quarterback throughout his athletic career, including at Kansas State University, Allen understands the importance of preparation, resilience, and leading by example. Those lessons continue to guide him today as an educator, coach, father, and community leader.
LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH LISTENING
Allen believes the best ideas for District 11 will come from the people who live, work, raise families, and build businesses here every day.
That’s why, before officially launching his campaign, Allen is spending time listening. Through the District 11 Listening Tour, he is meeting with residents, neighborhood leaders, businesses, faith communities, and community organizations to hear what is working, what needs attention, and what people want for the future.
